The staff were AMAZING and cute. They always went the extra mile to assist me with any requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, a DETAIL i appreciated. I found the breakfast selection excellent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes (i especially liked the fresh smoothies!).
The tea and coffee selection in my room could have been better.

the room was spacious. it was nicely decorated, there was also a big screen tv. i found a comfy bed. the room was well equipped with a tea and coffee tray, including an iron with an ironing board.
The cushions were not comfortable, the shower head broke. there was no hairdryer available in the room and i did not want to call the reception. We went to sleep earlier

I noticed friendly service from the staff. Alison and harry looked after us and provided excellent service. they were very attentive to our needs. i really valued their help.

the hotel has a lovely swimming pool. the leisure facilities were really good. the hotel staff were fantastic and friendly. the food in the restaurant was delicious.
the hotel room lacked a fridge. the room also lacked a coffee machine. it would have been nice to have those included.
