I had a lovely weekend at the hotel, especially celebrating my birthday with family. The staff truly made our stay special and the event planning support was excellent. However, while I enjoyed the spacious event space, there were some issues with our room, notably cleanliness and the comfort of the accommodations.

This hotel offers a beautifully serene stay with a lot to love, including well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, enhanced by an impressive spa and wellness area. However, the service charge added to our restaurant bill without notice was a bit surprising, and the dining options could benefit from more clarity on pricing.

I had high hopes for my stay, given the hotel's impressive reception and location. However, the experience fell short due to outdated rooms and maintenance issues. While the staff were understanding and handled my concerns promptly, the overall value for money just wasn't there for the price I paid.

I had such a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while. However, I faced several issues during my stay, including a jammed window in my room and significant unresponsiveness from some staff members regarding my concerns.

During my recent spa day, I found the treatments to be excellent, but the overall experience was marred by noise from a children's swim class and a meal that did not meet my expectations. The staff were helpful, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, but I would have preferred a more relaxing atmosphere without the distractions of young children. There are definitely positive aspects, but there are areas for improvement, especially regarding communication about facility use.
